SHIPPING

Damage/defective

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact orders@shopeverydayoil.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will correct the mistake right away.

Shipping time

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped via USPS.

Note: If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

Forms of payment

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Shipping costs

DOMESTIC ORDERS :

We use USPS flat-rate shipping for orders within the US. Single bottle shipments (2 oz. or 8 oz.) are $3.75 each. All shipments of two or more bottles within the US are shipped at a flat rate of $6.75.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

For International shipments, we offer live shipping pricing on our site depending on your destination. Your exact shipping quote will be reflected at checkout. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs fees for International Orders.  

Order hasn’t been received?

DOMESTIC ORDERS :

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you have received a delivery e-mail but have not yet received your order, it is possible your package was scanned but is still on the truck for delivery. Please wait 2 business days and if you haven’t received your order, contact us at orders@shopeverydayoil.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : If you have placed an international order and have not received your package, your customs office is the first place to check. We are not responsible for replacing orders that are unclaimed at customs. If you have checked with your customs office and they don't have it, please e-mail us at orders@shopeverydayoil.com.

Incorrect Address

Anytime an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP. If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE : We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
